​As the parent of the birthday child, you are responsible for...

Arriving no more than 30 minutes before party begins

Party decorations and table settings (we can provide for a charge)

Food - you're more than welcome to bring in pizza, cupcakes, cake, etc.

Rules & Policies

At no time should any child (whether attending the party as a guest or just accompanying an adult) play on the gym equipment without a coach present. Please respect our equipment & space!

Please make sure that guests understand our dress code - street clothes like jeans or dresses/skirts are not advised.  No socks or tights to be worn in the gym and large jewelry should be removed.

No food or drink will be allowed in the gym area - it must remain in the party room.

 

A $50 deposit is required to hold your date and time. The remainder* of the party cost is due at the end of the party, the day of your party. Your party host will coordinate payment with you! Parties can be booked online here.

 

You will be contacted within the week before your party. At that time you will need to provide the final count of children who will be attending, and any other details you deem necessary to inform the hosts before the party.

 

There may be additional parties, classes and/or events being held before or after your party so we ask that you stick to your alloted time closely.

 

All participants MUST have a signed waiver on file. We prefer online signatures so that guests don't have to wait when they arrive, but we can have paper waivers on hand if required.

 

Deposits are non-refundable, but can transfer with you should you choose another date.
